SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is made to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for your Mother Nacre adornment to be crafted and shipped. All jewelry is shipped from California, with deliveries available exclusively within the USA.

Note: Mother Nacre does not take responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Once items are shipped, the carrier is liable for any loss, damage, or delay including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address or stolen items. Any correlating issues must be handled with the carrier directly. Carrier liability begins when the carrier accepts the package and the items are in their possession in form of documented tracking.

RETURN POLICY

We take great care in handcrafting each piece to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Because all of our designs are made to order, we kindly ask that you review product details carefully before purchasing. While custom and personalized pieces are final sale, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your order. If you experience any issues with your jewelry, please reach out—we’re here to help.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Returns are accepted on non-custom pieces within 5 days of delivery.

  • Custom orders, personalized pieces, and earrings are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • If you believe your item is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

RETURN PROCESS:​

  • To start a return, please contact us via our contact form or email julia@mothernacre.com.

  • Items must be shipped back with recorded tracking within 5 days of the initial delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Unworn and in original condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.

    Returns must include the original Mother Nacre pouch, microfiber cloth, gift box, and blessing card.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

REPAIR POLICY

At Mother Nacre, quality and craftsmanship are our highest priorities. Our jewelry is designed for daily wear, but due to its delicate nature—including pearls and natural silk thread—mindful care is essential. Should you require a repair, we are here to assist you.

COMPLIMENTARY REPAIRS:

  • Jewelry purchased within 6 months of the purchase date is eligible for a one-time repair for any silk thread breakage.

REPAIRS AFTER 6 MONTHS:

  • Repairs needed beyond 6 months will incur a repair fee, including shipping costs, at the customer’s expense. Fees will be determined at our professional discretion.
